✨ About Norma Kamali

Norma Kamali is an iconic DTC fashion brand known for its innovative designs and strong digital presence. During my time on the e-commerce and marketing team, I redesigned the digital shopping experience to support ~$35K/day in online revenue. My role combined UX and visual design with data-driven decision-making to optimize conversion across product pages, email campaigns, and seasonal promotions. I also managed inventory visibility for online pop-up sales and produced weekly performance reports to align design and marketing strategies—directly influencing digital revenue and customer engagement.

💡 The Process

I led creative production and UX workflows, managing photo shoot coordination and retouching to ensure brand consistency. I designed and A/B tested email wireframes to boost engagement and collaborated with marketing and product teams on successful social media initiatives. Additionally, I drove service design to deliver seamless brand experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. These experiences sharpened my ability to lead cross-functional teams, make data-informed design decisions, and build scalable creative processes—preparing me for a product design management role in analytics-driven ad tech.
