✨ About Yves Saint Laurent Beauty

YSL Beauty USA is an internationally recognized beauty consumer packaged goods brand. As part of my work with their team, I oprtimized their e-commerce experience and make shopping for YSL makeup, fragrances, and skincare easier with the goal of getting consumers more excited to shop YSL on their online platform. using corporate design systems, research methods and evaluative testing.

💡 The Process

Site optimizations were made in collaboration with the marketing, sales, and site experience teams in the US and with the Paris team. I coordinated with the teams to understand business goals, strategy, and priorities and used a mixed method of user experience and visual design deliverables to enhance the shopping experience. By using the corporate design system and shopper research to guide A/B testing and interface decisions, I created better opt-in flows for promotional sales, the loyalty platform, and NFT launches alongside the execution of digital assets ranging from emails and banners to landing pages and social media graphics to highlight new products and shopping opportunities.
